PhloxADR respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy. Most of our processes are confidential by State and Federal statutes, any information we collect will NEVER be resold, given away, traded or in any manner leave our company except under proper court order. We will make all reasonable efforts to secure all information and protect your rights against collection in violation of the US Supreme Court decisions.

Information Collection

PhloxADR will only collect personally identifiable information (such as names, company, title, address, telephone number, e-mail, address, etc.) so that we may understand and serve you better the clients. No information will be collected that is not essential for the purpose in which PhloxADR is involved.

Use of Information

PhloxADR will never share, sell, or rent personally identifiable information with anyone without your advanced permission or if required by law or if pertinent to judicial / governmental investigations under subpoena. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you information based on your request and to PhloxADR independent representatives for purposes or providing services relating to our communications with you.

Our privacy statement applies only to your use of the PhloxADR Web site. The web site contains links to other sites. While we do not disclose personally identifiable information to those operating these linked sites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. You should read the privacy policies of each site you visit to determine what information that site may be collecting about you.

ADR Notes and Evidence

All information collected during any ADR process (mediation, arbitration, negotiation, conciliation, etc.) shall be destroyed with no chance of recovery. PhloxADR will only retain information for purposes of continuing processes. The only information retained shall be the initial paperwork, results and any memorandum, contract, agreement, award, professional decision or the such as provided to the parties.

No negotiations, notes, discussions, writings, or anything not pertaining directly to the final product will be saved. 

PhloxADR reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time without notice.
