All communications are over the phone and email or if desired, via video conference in one-setting or broke up into multiple mini-sessions totaling a two-hour mediation.

We have greatly discounted our mediation service (normally $650) to just $240 for Landlord/Tenant cases only. This is normally split 50/50 but can be paid completely by either party.

Keeping your discussions and information private is primary in Mediation. Everything you submit to court is public knowledge and easily searchable on the internet. Nothing in mediation is public information or allowed to be used as evidence per the US Supreme Court’s ruling. There is no audio or video recordings. Only the final memorialized agreement exists after mediation and serves as the formal documentation.
