Simple Claims Resolution is an all-in-one simplified dispute resolution process similar to small claims or civil court. Parties submit their claim to be handled completely online with an offer to settle and a final binding decision that is enforceable and collectible.

Our fresh and revolutionary approach will have the matter handled quickly and efficiently without any physical hearing, travel, hostile environment, arguing or negotiating. This process is a hybrid solution which offers parties a solution and an award with terms to be followed. Privacy and confidentiality, as are accustom in ADR services, are maintained.
Once the process is started, a final binding award will be issued based on the evidence presented. This is similar to Court TV, just without the TV or the paid trip to New York, and is a binding collectible award.

- The other party submits their information.
- The SCR contract is prepared and signed by both parties.
- A scheduling order is issued for both parties to follow.
- A settlement offer is issued to the parties for acceptance.
- If accepted, the award will be issued just like the settlement offer.
- If rejected, a final award will be issued with terms.
- The matter has been concluded.
- If a party fails to comply, a judicial order can be issued by a court.
- A court order may eliminate the terms, allowing garnishment to collect plus legal fees.
Do I Need an Attorney or Legal Knowledge
Simple Claims Resolution © is not a court forum, so, you may choose anyone you wish to present your case. This may be yourself, a friend, relative, corporate officer or attorney. You will be required to sign a waiver accepting them to speak on your behalf and accepting the award based on their representation.
There is no legal proceedings or mumbo-jumbo to cite. You will simply tell us your case details, under oath. The case is decided based upon the evidence, witnesses and testimony and not over legal citation.
How Long is the Process
With any case, time varies based on the complexity of the matter involved and the speed of the parties to sign the Simple Claims Resolution © contract. In general, the SCR process takes less than 30 to 60 days. Since the Simple Claims Resolution © process has a scheduling order, there is a timeline and deadline for information to be submitted that must be followed.
